Here's a compilation of some "new" Raphael retro art in progress. Gives a sense of the somewhat jarring contrast between the friendly old face style on a more realistically muscled body. Next step is to make the bodies a bit less realistic - a bit more doughy in that old school way - and to increase the head size on a few of them.
